Scottsdale, AZ – December 28, 2009: The Presidential Prayer Team (www.PresidentialPrayerTeam.org), the nation’s leading ministry encouraging prayer for the President and leaders of America, released its “Top Ten Cities Praying for President Obama” list for 2009.
Over 1.2 million Americans have joined the team since its inception in 2001. The team’s mission is to provide tools that encourage and inspire daily prayer for the President, national leaders, and the armed forces. Throughout each year, the Presidential Prayer Team monitors interaction among its hundreds of thousands of active members across the nation. From this detailed information, the ministry can identify those cities that are the most active in its prayer activities.
“Of course with all of the challenges our nation faced in 2009, many Americans prayed every day for our President and our country,” said Scott Fehrenbacher, President of the Presidential Prayer Team. “Our Top Ten Praying Cities list shows that many Americans are praying for the President despite political differences they may have. For example, the top city in America praying for President Obama is also the hometown of former President George H.W. Bush.”

I thank God for America and also for the cities that are praying for the Leaders of One Nation Under God. I pray daily for Daniels to be placed speaking into President Obama’s ears and every memeber of our Government Authority. Please agree with me for Supernatural Wisdom for our leaders. I pray Chicago will be on that list. That is where our President is from. Come on Chicagoans – lets pray for our President and our beautiful country that God has blessed us with. Prayer is so powerful.
This is very encouraging to know that many Americans are praying for the president. I am surprised but pleased to see Los Angeles on the list. We hear and feel so much negativity coming from there. It is so encouraging to realize there are many God loving people there too.

I am so thrilled to see that Indy is on the top ten list for something positive. I thank God for that. It encourages me to know that there are people who care about the truly important aspects of our spiritual citizenship.
